Royal Enfield’s first electric motorcycle was recently spotted testing on Indian roads without camouflage, giving us a glimpse of what its near-production look is like. The model, called Flying Flea C6, is expected to launch around April 2026 and will mark the debut of the brand’s new Flying Flea EV sub-brand.The Flying Flea C6 is different from most modern electric motorcycles in terms of design. Royal Enfield has taken inspiration from classic machines developed during World War II rather than a futuristic look. The motorcycle has a low-slung, bobber-style stance and the front end is slightly flared out. One of its most distinctive elements is the girder-style front suspension. It also features a forged aluminum chassis and a magnesium battery casing, which aims to improve cooling efficiency while keeping weight under control. Round LED lighting at the front and rear adds to its retro appeal.
The test bike was seen with a single-seat setup, although a pillion seat may be offered later as an accessory or in another variant. The C6 runs on narrow tires mounted on 10-spoke alloy wheels and uses disc brakes at both ends. Power comes from a mid-mounted electric motor, although official battery and motor specifications have not been revealed yet.
Additionally, the motorcycle gets a circular TFT display that shows speed, trip data, battery status and range. It supports Bluetooth connectivity with navigation and connected features. Notably, the Flying Flea C6 will be the first Royal Enfield to offer advanced electronic assists like traction control, cornering ABS, cruise control and five ride modes.Royal Enfield has also confirmed that a second electric model, the Flying Flea S6 with a scrambler-style design, will be coming. More details about the C6, including its battery specifications and price, are likely to be announced closer to the launch.
