Force Motors today announced the launch of the new 2026 Force Traveler N range, a comprehensive update to its long-running line-up. The 2026 model features a new design, added comfort, features and more. It will be offered in passenger, ambulance, delivery van and school bus applications. Interested customers can book the new Traveler N range by visiting their nearest Force dealer from mid-May and deliveries are expected to commence soon.Traveler remains a flagship product for the brand, which has been present in the market for over four decades and commands over 70 per cent share in the segment. It is widely used in many applications and remains one of the most widely adopted platforms in its category. Force says the updated range focuses on improving comfort, usability, reliability and performance, while also aiming to reduce the total cost of ownership and simplify maintenance.

Talking about changes in the cabin, it gets a redesigned cockpit with a digital instrument cluster and a 9-inch Android-based touchscreen infotainment screen. It also has new seats, better noise insulation and a revised HVAC system aimed at better cooling performance. Exterior updates include a new front fascia with LED daytime running lamps and turn indicators, as well as a redesigned rear section. On the engineering front, the model receives updates to its sheet metal structure and reduction in body joints, aimed at improving structural integrity and overall fit and finish. Manufacturing processes have also been enhanced with the use of robotics and automated door hemming to improve consistency and efficiency.

Talking about the powertrain, the Force N range will continue to feature a Mercedes-derived 2.6-litre turbo diesel engine with BS6 Stage 2 compliance and it comes with a manual gearbox that sends power to the rear wheels. Mr. Prasanna Firodia, Managing Director, Force Motors Limited, said, “Force Traveler has been a well-established product in India’s shared mobility sector for many years and continues to lead its segment. With the new Force Traveler N range, we have focused on improving the key things based on input from owners, drivers and passengers to enhance comfort, usability, reliability and cost of ownership, while reducing downtime and enabling better utilization for fleet operators.Additionally, we have strengthened the way we build Traveller. The learnings from Urbania have helped us refine our manufacturing processes and quality systems, driving greater sustainability and improving overall manufacturing quality. In many ways, the new Force Traveler N range builds on the strong trust that Force Traveler has earned over the years, while making it even more refined, capable and better suited to today’s customer expectations.
