Honda Cars India recently launched the much-awaited Honda City facelift sedan in the Indian market. The new City includes cosmetic design changes, updated interiors, additional features and more. Honda City Facelift vs Hyundai Verna Facelift: Price, Variants The entry-level SV petrol manual variant is priced at Rs 11.99 lakh, ex-showroom. The V trim is priced at Rs 13.29 lakh for the manual and Rs 14.29 lakh for the CVT. The ZX variant is priced at Rs 15.25 lakh for the manual and Rs 16.25 lakh for the CVT. The top-of-the-line ZX+ variant is priced at Rs 16.14 lakh for the manual, Rs 17.14 lakh for the CVT. The Strong Hybrid variant is priced at Rs 20.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The Hyundai Verna facelift has got new variant names and is offered in six variants – HX2, HX4, HX6, HX6+, HX8 and HX10. It is priced between Rs 10.98 lakh and Rs 18.25 lakh (both prices ex-showroom).
Honda City Facelift vs Hyundai Verna Facelift: Dimensions The Hyundai Verna facelift measures 4,535 mm in length, 1,765 mm in width, 1,475 mm in height, 2,670 mm wheelbase, 165 mm ground clearance and 528-litre boot space. The Honda City facelift has a length of 4,584 mm, width of 1,748 mm, height of 1,489 mm, 2,600 mm wheelbase, 165 mm ground clearance and 506-litre boot space.Compared to the Honda City facelift, the Hyundai Verna facelift is 49 mm shorter, 17 mm wider and 14 mm lower. The Verna also has a 70 mm longer wheelbase and offers 22 liters more boot space, while both sedans have the same 165 mm ground clearance.Honda City Facelift vs Hyundai Verna Facelift: Powertrain Hyundai Verna gets two engine options – 1.5 liter NA petrol with 115 PS and 143 Nm of torque, and paired with a 6-speed manual or CVT automatic. Another engine option is a 160 hp, 253 Nm 1.5-litre turbo petrol with a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed DCT. Honda City is offered in two engine options – a 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder, NA petrol engine that produces 121bhp and 145Nm of torque and comes mated to a 6-speed MT or CVT gearbox. It also has a segment-first hybrid powertrain offering, a 1.5-litre Atkinson cycle hybrid engine with 124 hp and 253 Nm of torque. The carmaker claims a fuel efficiency of 27.26kpl for the hybrid version.

It now gets a larger 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment with Android Auto/Apple CarPlay, 360-degree camera, ventilated front seats, 8-speaker sound system, ambient lighting, wireless phone charging pad, a sunroof, rear windscreen sunshade, automatic climate control and more.
