Bajaj Auto has launched the updated Bajaj 220F motorcycle in the Indian market, priced at Rs 1.36 lakh (ex-showroom). The prices have been increased by Rs 8,000. Interested customers can book the motorcycle online or by visiting their nearest dealership. Deliveries are expected to begin soon. The last major revision to the model occurred in December 2025, which introduced updated graphics, LED indicator lights and new exterior color options. Let’s take a closer look at what’s new in this latest update.
The main update on the Pulsar 220F is the inclusion of a new LED headlamp unit with integrated LED daytime running lights, which replaces the halogen projector setup introduced earlier. The revised lighting package gives the motorcycle a more contemporary look while retaining the familiar semi-faired front design. In terms of features, it gets a mobile charging port, an LCD instrument cluster that supports Bluetooth connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, and more. Apart from the headlamp upgrade, there are no noticeable modifications to the styling, with the Pulsar 220F continuing the same silhouette and bodywork that has been associated with the model over the years. No changes have been made in the mechanicals of the motorcycle. Power continues to come from a 220cc oil-cooled, single-cylinder engine that develops 20.9hp and 18.6Nm of torque and the engine comes mated to a 5-speed gearbox. The Pulsar 220F retains its existing hardware setup, which includes telescopic forks at the front and twin gas-charged rear shock absorbers. It comes with 17-inch alloy wheels, which are equipped with 90/90-section front and 120/80-section rear tyres. Braking duties are handled by disc brakes on both wheels, with single-channel ABS offered as standard.
