Maruti Suzuki India is all set to introduce the new 2026 Maruti Suzuki Brezza in the Indian market on July 24, 2026. And now, the company has announced that it is accepting bookings for the upcoming SUV. Interested customers can book the new Brezza online or by visiting their nearest dealership by paying a token amount of Rs 11,000. The upcoming Brezza facelift will be the first significant revision to the current generation model since its market debut in 2022. The refreshed SUV is also expected to get styling tweaks inside and out, an expanded equipment list and a new turbo-petrol engine.
Design-wise, the overall shape of the car remains unchanged; The upcoming version may introduce noticeable modifications in its styling and equipment. The latest spy shots capture the rear of the SUV. The facelifted model will have a redesigned front bumper and a refreshed grille. Similar cosmetic changes are expected at the rear as well. Interestingly, despite the growing trend of connected tail lamps in new SUVs, the updated Brezza is not expected to adopt this design element, as per the recent spy image. Other exterior highlights may include newly styled 16-inch alloy wheels, sleek LED headlamps with DRLs, roof rails and an integrated rear spoiler.Inside the cabin, the general layout is likely to remain familiar, but Maruti Suzuki is expected to introduce small updates to freshen up the interior. These may include a redesigned center console, new upholstery and updated trim elements. The spy photos also hint at a larger touchscreen infotainment system than the current model. In terms of equipment, the SUV is expected to offer features like wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, connected car technology, wireless charging and a premium sound system. Other features likely to continue include a head-up display, cruise control, automatic climate control, ambient lighting, single-pane electric sunroof and ventilated front seats. On the mechanical side, the 2026 Brezza is expected to get minor suspension changes and a recent test mule was spotted with a 6-speed manual gearbox, which suggests that Maruti Suzuki may introduce an additional gear compared to the existing setup. The purpose of this change is probably to improve the gear ratio for smoother highway travel. While there is speculation about the possibility of the 1.0-litre three-cylinder BoosterJet turbo-petrol engine from the Maruti Suzuki Suzuki Brezza coming to the Brezza, there has been no official confirmation yet.
