Citroen Aircross Comfort Edition launched: Know what is special

Citroën India has announced the launch of the new Citroën Aircross Comfort Edition. The SUV will be offered in limited numbers and in three variants, with prices starting at Rs 9.09 lakh (ex-showroom). Interested customers can book the car online or by visiting their nearest dealership. The Comfort Edition features beige leatherette upholstery and adjustable headrests for passengers in both rows. Citroen is also offering a custom accessory package across the entire Aircross range. The detailed price list is given below.

Priced at Rs 36,500, the U pack adds upgraded cabin materials, fog lamps, a 10-inch infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a reverse parking camera with dynamic guidelines, chrome-accented side cladding, wheel covers and several styling updates. The Plus pack, priced at Rs 8,460, includes a rear-view camera with parking guidelines, wireless charging functionality, chrome-finish door cladding and a range of exterior cosmetic upgrades. The Max pack, available for Rs 40,000, further enhances the package with a JBL sound system paired with an amplifier as well as front and rear dashcams that support audio-based alerts.

For the Comfort Edition, Citroën has introduced beige leatherette seat coverings, height-adjustable headrests for both rows and black-grain interior trim elements. Select cabin sections also get soft-touch surfaces and silver detailing. Equipment levels vary by variant and may include LED projector headlamps, alloy wheels, a 10.2-inch touchscreen infotainment unit, a 7-inch digital instrument cluster, wireless smartphone integration, steering-mounted audio switches, automatic climate control, ventilated front seats, an auto-dimming IRVM and wireless phone charging.Talking about the powertrain, it is offered with two engine options: a 1.2-litre, 3-cylinder NA petrol engine producing 82 hp, paired with a manual gearbox only. Another engine option is a 1.2-litre, 3-cylinder turbo petrol engine with 110 hp, paired with a 6-speed torque converter or a 6-speed manual.
