Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India has expanded its 2026 premium motorcycle lineup in India with the launch of the CB750 Hornet e-Clutch and XL750 Translap e-Clutch, introducing its e-clutch technology on a 755 cc platform for the first time in the country. The company has also updated the Gold Wing with a new color option, while the CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP remains Honda’s flagship superbike. Bookings for all four motorcycles are now open. Interested customers can visit their nearest Honda Topline and Bigwing dealership across the country. With these additions, Honda has further strengthened its portfolio in the Street Naked, Adventure Touring, Luxury Touring and Supersport segments. The 2026 Honda CB750 Hornet e-Clutch is priced at Rs 10.49 lakh, the XL750 Translap e-Clutch is priced at Rs 13.20 lakh, the CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP is priced at Rs 33.50 lakh and the Gold Wing is priced at Rs 44.30 lakh (all prices ex-showroom, Gurugram). Price table with color options below.

The CB750 Hornet is powered by an e-clutch 755cc parallel-twin engine that produces 67.5 kW and 75 Nm. The highlight of the motorcycle is the e-clutch system, which allows gear changes without manually operating the clutch lever while retaining the option of conventional clutch use. Equipment includes Showa 41mm SFF-BP USD front forks, dual 296mm front brake discs, Honda RoadSync connectivity and a 5-inch TFT display with multiple riding modes. The XL750 Transalp e-Clutch uses the same 755cc twin-cylinder engine that produces 67.5kW and 75Nm but is tuned for touring and adventure riding. The addition of e-clutch technology aims to improve comfort in different riding situations. Features include Showa SFF-CA USD front suspension, a 5-inch TFT display with Honda RoadSync, multiple riding modes including gravel mode and a dual-LED headlamp setup.

For 2026, the Gold Wing receives a new color option while retaining its existing mechanical package. Power comes from a 1,833 cc liquid-cooled flat-six engine paired with a seven-speed dual clutch transmission featuring reverse and walking modes. The luxury tourer continues to offer an electronically adjustable windscreen, premium audio system, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto with an airbag system.

The CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP remains the most performance-focused motorcycle in Honda’s range. It is powered by a 1000cc inline four-cylinder engine that produces 160 kW and 113 Nm. The superbike is equipped with Öhlins Smart-EC 3.0 electronic suspension, dual 330 mm discs with Brembo Stylema R front brake calipers, an Akrapovic titanium exhaust and a 5-inch TFT instrument display.

With the addition of the Hornet e-Clutch and Translap e-Clutch, the update to the Gold Wing and the continued presence of the Fireblade SP, Honda has further strengthened its presence in the Street Naked, Adventure Touring, Luxury Touring and Supersport motorcycle segments. On the announcement, Mr. Tsutsumu Otani, President and CEO, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India, said: “With the introduction of e-Clutch, Honda is further enhancing the premium motorcycling experience by providing greater comfort, ease of use and riding confidence. Designed to support customers in diverse riding environments – from everyday urban commute to long distance travel – this technology reflects Honda’s continued commitment to providing advanced engineering and meaningful value to riders in India.“
