    Maruti Suzuki India has recently launched the new e-Vitara electric SUV in the Indian market. The e-Vitara will be available in three variants – Delta, Zeta and Alpha and will be offered with two battery pack options – 49 kWh and 60 kWh. Owners will get free charging at Maruti Suzuki dealership charging points for up to 1,000 units or for a period of one year, whichever is earlier, which can be accessed through the ‘e for Me’ app. The company is also offering a 7.4 kW AC charger with free installation.Interested customers can pre-book the EV online or at their nearest dealership. The booking amount has been set at Rs 21,000 and deliveries are expected to begin soon. The Maruti Suzuki e-Vitara competes with the MG ZS EV, Hyundai Creta EV, Tata Curvvy EV, VinFast VF6 and the upcoming Toyota Urban Cruiser Abella.     Maruti Suzuki E-Vitara Zeta – 61 kW Rs 17.49 lakh (ex-showroom)The Next comes in mid-spec Delta trim and also adds a luggage shelf, a rear parking camera, and a wireless phone charger pad.Maruti Suzuki E-Vitara Alpha – 61 kW Rs 19.79 lakh (ex-showroom)Customers can choose the dual-tone color option at an additional cost of Rs 22,000.Next comes the top-of-the-line Alpha, which gets all the features mentioned in the Delta and Zeta.
