Tata Motors has launched the 2026 version of Tiago in India. The refreshed Tiago has been launched at a starting price of Rs 4.69 lakh, ex-showroom. The model includes cosmetic upgrades, new features and enhanced safety. Here’s a quick look at some of the key details.Talking about the features, it has 360-degree camera and paddle shifters in AMT version. The hatchback will be available in six variants: Smart, Pure, Pure+, Pure+ A, Creative and Creative+.In terms of dimensions, the Tiago remains unchanged. It measures 3,767 mm in length and comes with a wheelbase of 2,400 mm, while the ground clearance stands at 170 mm.Tata Motors has also strengthened the safety package in the new model. Six airbags are now offered as standard across all variants. Other safety features include electronic stability program (ESP), traction control, cruise control and a blind view monitor.

Powering the 2026 Tiago is the same 1.2-litre petrol engine. The motor produces 85 bhp and 113 Nm torque. It could be had with a five-speed manual gearbox and an AMT unit. Tata says that the paddle shifters on the AMT variant are a segment-first feature at this price. The company is also offering a CNG version of this hatchback.

On the outside, the Tiago gets a redesigned front fascia with sleek LED headlamps and integrated DRLs. The bumper has also been revised, while the 15-inch alloy wheels get a new design.At the rear, Tata has introduced a connected-style tail lamp setup that spans the width of the car. LED tail lamps further enhance its updated look.The color range has also been expanded with three new shades: Pangong Pulse, Varanasi Vibrance and Sobo Surge. Existing colors like Pure Grey, Pristine White and Daytona Gray will remain available.

Inside the cabin, the Tiago now gets a redesigned dashboard layout. The 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system takes center stage and supports wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The hatchback also gets a fully digital instrument cluster and dual-tone interior theme.Tata Motors has also added a number of convenience features, including wireless phone charging, rear AC vents, auto-folding ORVMs and USB Type-C charging port for both front and rear passengers. The AMT variant also gets a rotary-style gear selector in place of the conventional gear lever.

The 2026 Tata Tiago has been launched with ex-showroom prices starting at Rs 4.69 lakh for the Smart petrol manual variant. The Pure Petrol MT is priced at Rs 5.49 lakh, while the Pure+ and Pure+ A petrol MT variants are priced at Rs 5.99 lakh and Rs 6.49 lakh respectively. The Creative Petrol MT is available at Rs 6.99 lakh, while the top-end Creative+ Petrol MT is priced at Rs 7.29 lakh. In the CNG manual range, prices for the Smart variant start at Rs 5.79 lakh, followed by the Pure at Rs 6.49 lakh, the Pure+ at Rs 6.99 lakh and the Pure+ A at Rs 7.49 lakh. The price of Creative CNG MT is Rs 7.99 lakh. Tata Motors has also confirmed that the AMT option will be available in multiple trims in both petrol and CNG versions.
